Before you experience the thrill of becoming a South Bay Pontoon owner, we'll give you white-glove service with our Concierge Program.
• Take a spin on the water with one of our Certified Marine Specialists. We'll show you all the bells and whistles, make sure you get all of your questions answered, and that you have your "sea legs" before the trip's through!
• Before you pull away from the dealership you'll also get a 360-degree land tour of your boat. If something comes up after you leave the lot, give us a call. One of our marine specialists will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
• So you purchased your boat and you're on your way, now what? Not to worry, we'll provide you with our First Time Owners Booklet which will give you the next steps and a map of all the fun areas to enjoy the water this season!
•Winter is a drag - We know. But you can take one thing off your list - winterizing your boat! Purchase with us and we'll pick up your boat, winterize it, and bring it back to you! It's that easy.
• Shrink Wrap - In addition to winterizing your boat for you, we'll shrink-wrap it so it stays in great condition until next season!
• Specialized Service - We have a team of Certified Marine Specialists available to get your boat in tip-top shape. Whether you need a tune-up or you're ready to upgrade to a Honda® 250HP and really take the lake by storm, we can help! Schedule service and know you're in good hands with us.
